Olivier Sarkozy’s East Village love nest listed for $7M
Olivier Sarkozy, half-brother of the ex-French president, is selling his 19th Century East Village rowhouse at 123 East 10th Street, listing the property for almost $7 million, EV Grieve reported.
Sarkozy picked up the pad, dubbed a “love nest” for the 44-year-old and his girlfriend, actress and fashion plate Mary-Kate Olsen, last August for $6.25 million. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house, built in 1854 and designed by James Renwick, reportedly appealed to him because it was old.
The red brick home is listed by Jared Seligman at Douglas Elliman and comes complete with eight fireplaces, original parquet floors, detailed moldings, a garden and multiple parlors. [EV Grieve] – Julie Strickland
