Also known as the Schumacher condominium building, the digs boast four bedrooms, 13-foot ceilings, a terrace and an outdoor shower. Views of the Ken Smith-designed MoMA courtyard garden are also a perk, along with a 16-foot-ceilinged master bedroom.
The property is listed by “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.
