The priciest condominium at HFZ Capital’s the Marquand hit the market yesterday for $22 million.
The 10th-floor, 4,596-square-foot unit at 11 East 68th Street in Lenox Hill features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Despite being the priciest unit on offer, the apartment is not even the penthouse of the 12-story building. The condo also comes with 10-foot ceilings, two fireplaces, a library, his-and-her dressing rooms and private elevator entry.
Douglas Elliman brokers Madeline Hult Elghanayan and Sabrina Saltiel are marketing the development. Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Shelton, Mindel & Associates jointly updated the building, constructed in 1913, BuzzBuzzHome reported.
Building amenities include a gym with on-site personal trainer, kids’ lounge and a 24-hour doorman. [BuzzBuzzHome] — Mark Maurer
