A group led by Cushman & Wakefield executive director James Downey is renting the space left by Treasure & Bond, Nordstrom’s charity-focused clothing store at 350 West Broadway.

City Comptroller hopeful Eliot Spitzer’s family bought the site in February for $25.5 million. The Nordstrom outpost closed last week after two years at the Soho location, between Broome and Grand streets.
