Dolly Lenz is making waves today, when many in the real estate industry are already starting the long Labor Day weekend. She listed four units totaling $135 million – three at Delos Living’s new luxury condominium conversion in Greenwich Village and a maisonette on the Upper East Side.

The Delos building, at 66 East 11th Street, is an exclusive for Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC, which Lenz formed last month with six of her former colleagues at Douglas Elliman, as TRD previously reported. The tower debuted a full-fledged website and an array of renderings today; owner Paul Delos expects construction to be completed by the end of the year.

Lenz had marketed the building as a vacant property for $138.8 million before it was taken off the market when she suddenly departed Elliman in June.

The three units, listed by Lenz along with brokers Adam Vanderbrook, Brett Forman and Nicholas Polihros, total $110.5 million. The breakdown: $50 million for a 7,693-square-foot penthouse with four bedrooms; $45 million for five-bedroom with 10,701 square feet; and $15.5 million for a 3,663-square-foot, three-bedroom.

Lenz also listed a $25 million maisonette at 817 Fifth Avenue, StreetEasy shows. The home belongs to socialite Nancy Sale Johnson Rashad, the ex-wife of Jets owner Woody Johnson and the mother of late socialite heiress Casey Johnson. Past residents in the building have included actor Richard Gere and business mogul Steve Wynn.

Dolly Lenz Real Estate now has seven listings, including the three at 66 East 11th Street. Another one her firm’s listings, at 15 East 70th Street, was listed as in contract on StreetEasy today. Her personal website has not been updated since her days at Elliman. Lenz did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
