A subsidiary of Swiss human resources consulting firm Adecco has signed a lease for 23,000 square feet at 230 Park Avenue, formerly known as the Helmsley Building.
Lee Hecht Harrison, a global mobility talent firm, will move from 200 Park Avenue to the nearby 1.4-million-square-foot property between 45th and 46th streets. The 10.5-year lease covers part of the sixth floor.
Owners Monday Properties and Invesco Real Estate tapped Jones Lang LaSalle brokers Paul Glickman, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner and Jonathan Fanuzzi – as well as Jordan Berger, in-house at Monday – to represent them, the New York Observer reported. Mohr Partners broker Lewis Cohen represented the tenant.
Other tenants include ING, Clarion Partners and Novartis. A charitable trust named in part after the late Leona Helmsley signed a 5,400-square-foot lease last month in the building, which was once owned and named after the woman, as previously reported. [NYO] – Mark Maurer
