Owners Monday Properties and Invesco Real Estate tapped Jones Lang LaSalle brokers Paul Glickman, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner and Jonathan Fanuzzi – as well as Jordan Berger, in-house at Monday – to represent them, the New York Observer reported. Mohr Partners broker Lewis Cohen represented the tenant.

Other tenants include ING, Clarion Partners and Novartis. A charitable trust named in part after the late Leona Helmsley signed a 5,400-square-foot lease last month in the building, which was once owned and named after the woman, as previously reported. [NYO]Mark Maurer
