A month after sales launched, Greyston House, a brownstone conversion in Harlem containing condos, has sold out.
The former mansion at 540 West 149th Street features four condo units, including a 1,010-square-foot penthouse asking $755,000. The priciest unit, however, was a 1,244-square-foot duplex condo with a private garden asking $870,000.
AQC Architects’ redesign retained a few trademarks from its 19th Century origins – the marble staircases, the lobby’s wood paneling and a marble vestibule, according to BuzzBuzzHome.
JAM Equities developed the property, while Halstead Property Development Marketing headed up sales and marketing, which launched in early August. [BuzzBuzzHome] – Mark Maurer
