Williamsburg’s 81 Ten Eyck Street is set to join the fold of New York City churches converted into residential spaces.
The building, also known as 74 Maujer Street, 187 Leonard Street and three additional aliases, is to undergo a partial demolition, according to Department of Buildings documents cited by Curbed.
A vertical five-foot extension is to be made, and the resulting property will have a total of 40 units.
The plans call for amenities including roof terraces, a common recreation area and 20 bicycle parking spots. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
