37 Great Jones Street

A penthouse asking $25,000 per month is among the luxury rentals at 37 Great Jones in Noho hitting the market this month, a spokesperson for the developer told The Real Deal exclusively.

Renters are expected to move into the four full-floor units by January. Monthly rent will range from $10,000 to $12,000 for each unit, except for the duplex penthouse up top, according to the developer, Roland Dib of Dib Management & Development. That 3,602-square-foot unit will feature three bedrooms, four bathrooms, 16-foot-high ceilings and two terraces. Rebecca Bruce of Daizy Realty is handling leasing.

Joseph Pell Lombardi redesigned the five-story landmarked building to accommodate a sixth floor, as previously reported. The building also contains ground-floor retail.

In April 2012, the 10,446-square-foot factory and garage building was sold for $7.5 million. Great Jones Street Property LLC paid around $633 per buildable square foot for the site. — Mark Maurer
