Go big and go home: Alfa’s Hershey factory conversion offers full-floor units

Alfa Developments conversion of a former Hershey factory in Chelsea will offer 10 full-floor units designed by architect William Alicea as well as parking.

The site, located at 117-119 West 21st Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues, will rise 12 stories and offer eight full-floor pads as well as two duplexes, according to a report from BuzzBuzzHome.
