A large, soon-to-be-vacant Park Slope development site asking $20 million is now in contract.
The 12,690-square-foot site at 470 Fourth Avenue allows for nearly 80,000 buildable square feet of residential use and the rest for commercial space and community facilities. Demolition started earlier this year on the nine buildings on the lot, and is ongoing.
The parcel hit the market in June, with Ofer Cohen of TerraCRG handling marketing, as previously reported. The site will be delivered vacant. The lot spans 120 feet of frontage along Fourth Avenue and just over 100 feet on 11th Street. [Brownstoner] — Mark Maurer
