A $95 million terraced property at the iconic Sherry Netherland co-op — formerly listed with superbroker Dolly Lenz — has more than its fair share of perks: three elevators and round-the-clock room service from famed eatery Cipriani’s. NBC took a peek inside the pricey pad.
When Lenz left Douglas Elliman in June, the listing for the 8,000-square-foot apartment went to Lisa Simonsen, the Elliman broker behind the $48 million sale of a Plaza Hotel condominium in 2011, as The Real Deal reported.
The 18th floor home has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an approximately 2,000-square-foot Private Terrace and staff rooms on a separate floor, according to NBC.
