Juice Generation inks 10-year deal in W’burg
Another Manhattan staple is making its Brooklyn debut. Gourmet juicing shop, Juice Generation, has inked a 10-year, 800-square-foot lease on Williamsburg’s Bedford Avenue. The juicer has opened 10 locations in Manhattan since its conception in 1999, but now the owners are pushing full steam ahead into Brooklyn after signing the lease on Friday.
“They want to hit the ground running and want to be open late fall or early December,” Amy Zhen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who represented landlord Savanna Real Estate, with Gal Horovits and Marc Frankel, told the Commercial Observer.
Juice Generation had been eyeing the space at 210 Bedford Avenue for some time but had been unable to make a deal with the building ownership, according to Zhen. However, that changed when Savanna acquired the three-story building in July for $3.8 million, according to public records cited by the Observer. [NYO] –Christopher Cameron
