Izak Senbahar’s 60-story tower in Tribeca is close to $1 billion in sales. Two penthouses went for $29.5 million and $27.5 million in the last two weeks.
The pad still looking for a buyer — No. 58 — is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom unit with an asking price of $31 million. It features 14-foot-high ceilings, more than 700 square feet of outdoor space and 5,500 square feet inside.
In August, the skyscraper sold a 200-square-foot storage unit in the basement for $300,000 — about $1,500 per square foot, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
