European shoe and accessories retailer Carlo Pazolini is set to grow from a single Soho location to four outposts across Manhattan, thanks to three new leases arranged by RKF, the commercial brokerage said in a release.
A total of 13,055 square feet overall, the stores are located in the Meatpacking District, Midtown and the Upper East Side.
The Meatpacking District space at 410 West 14 Street features 5,000 square feet, and has already opened. An outpost at 555 Madison Avenue consists of 4,895 square feet, while another at 1131 Third Avenue spreads over 3,160 square feet of ground floor space; both are expected to launch by the end of the year.
RKF executive vice president Karen Bellantoni and vice president Beth Rosen represented Carlo Pazolini in the deals.
Bellantoni and RKF CEO Robert Futterman also represented the landlord in the Meatpacking District, Amcojor Realty Corporation. At 555 Madison Avenue, landlord Rodney Corporation was represented by Steve Soutendijk and Alan Schmerzler of Cushman & Wakefield and at 1131 Third Avenue, landlord Vornado Realty Trust was represented in-house.
“Carlo Pazolini now has a greatly expanded presence in several of Manhattan’s best shopping corridors,” Bellantoni said. —Anastasia Donde
