Betting on a growing North New Jersey, New York City developer Argo Real Estate is set to begin leasing at the Artisan, a new two-building rental project in Hoboken. The buildings, located at 1400 Clinton Street and 1440 Grand Street, are the developer’s first New Jersey project.
The 59-unit complex will feature many of the amenities that have become staples of New York City development, such as retail space, a gallery, gym, “business bar,” lounge, courtyard and parking garage, according to Curbed.
And the ambitious asking rents feel very NYC as well, with one-bedrooms starting at $2,300 a month, two-bedrooms running around $3,100 a month and three-bedrooms asking nearly $4,400 a month. But with the Path train still a bit far off – that is until the planned expansion reaches the building – commuters can expect a 15-minute express bus ride to Manhattan. [Curbed] —Christopher Cameron
