A string of East Williamsburg buildings hit the market for $42 million, or just under three times the total sale price from a few years ago.
The properties — located at 484 Humboldt Avenue, 64-68 Maspeth Avenue and 65 Maspeth Avenue — are either relatively new or newly renovated. They collectively total 72,333 square feet, including four retail spaces and 66 apartments.
The buildings last sold for a total of $16.57 million over the course of 2010 and 2011.
The same limited liability company owns at least two of the buildings, Brownstoner reported, though it was unclear who owned the remaining two. Massey Knakal Realty Services is handling the marketing. [Brownstoner] – Mark Maurer
