The Brooklyn Night Bazaar has rented a new home at 29 Norman Avenue in Greenpoint.
The flea market and entertainment venue is relocating from 45 North 5th Street in Williamsburg. The 24,000-square-foot space is on one floor of a building between Banker and Dobbins streets owned by the revealingly-named 29 Norman Ave. Realty LLC, according to city records.
Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of commercial brokerage Kalmon Dolgin represented the tenant and the building owner in the deal, the firm said.
“The building at 29 Norman Avenue was attractive to the tenant due to its central location and existing, vibrant night life scene,” the firm said. “The size of the property was also beneficial in accommodating the large variety of vendors and activities the Bazaar offers.” — Julie Strickland
