Actress Drew Barrymore is rumored to be in contract for an Upper East Side duplex co-op at 830 Park Avenue.
The posh pad, which features nine rooms, four bedrooms and four baths is one of many the star reportedly toured in the building. With an asking price of $8.3 million, the unit is one of the building’s pricier homes.
The first floor holds a gallery, living room, dining area, breakfast room and one bedroom, while the top level is home to the three additional bedrooms, a sitting room and a dressing room.
