Brause Realty has landed two new tenants at its newly revamped 254 West 31st Street, the landlord’s broker told The Real Deal exclusively.
IT consulting firm Concepts in Staffing is taking 5,240 square feet on the 15-story building’s sixth floor, while employer branding company Universum leased 4,110 square feet on the 12th floor. Mitchell Kunikoff of Lee Associates represented Concepts in Staffing, while Sheena Gohil of Colliers International represented Universum.
Lindsay Ornstein, John Grotto and Aaron Kaufman of Transwestern Real Estate represented the landlord.
“Today’s tenants are seeking high-quality, creative space in a coveted Midtown South location,” Ornstein said in a release. “The redevelopments are consistent with what’s driving occupancy: open and collaborative environments in high-quality boutique buildings.”
The building’s entire third floor, spanning a total of 5,240 square feet, will come to market later this week, according to the company. — Julie Strickland
