The Naftali Group kicked off sales at 182 West 82nd Street, a conversion of a 1900’s-era historic building.
The property includes 11 three- to five-bedroom homes, including two townhouse triplexes and two penthouses, ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Details in the loft-style spaces include coffered ceilings with bespoke crown molding, wainscot panels, black walnut doors, solid white oak hardwood floors and oversized windows.
Prices range from $4.5 million for a three-bedroom to over $6.6 million for a five-bedroom townhouse. Occupancy is available starting in the third quarter of 2014.
“The building is filling a current void in the market for newly-developed properties on the Upper West Side,” said Alexa Lambert, executive vice president of Stribling Marketing Associates, which is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building.
The property, Naftali Group’s first condominium project in Manhattan, underwent a conversion that took the building from 20 to 11 units and added a 5,546-square-foot penthouse. — Julie Strickland
