The Infinity Group’s 22 Little West 12th Street, already home to designers Alexander McQueen and Robert Rodriguez, just got more beautiful.

Kao Group, a Japan-based beauty care company, has inked a 10-year lease in the building’s 8,800-square-foot Meatpacking District penthouse to serve as one of its training academies.
