Coiffeur to the stars Frederic Fekkai has unloaded his co-op on the Upper East Side, the neighborhood where he got his start.
Fekkai, who has made a pretty penny selling $49 bottles of shampoo and $195 jars of hair repair serum, sold his 829 Park Avenue pad for $2.95 million to accountant John Santoro and his wife Elizabeth.
Leonel Piraino and Maximiliano Ojeda of Douglas Elliman had the listing for the duplex, only two blocks from Central Park. Features include a wood-burning fireplace, maid’s room, and three roomy bathrooms. Fekkai originally listed the home for $3.2 million. [NYO] — Julie Strickland
