A co-op apartment in the Rosario Candela-designed Upper East Side tower at 770 Park Avenue is back on the market asking $16 million, after undergoing multiple broker changes and price chops.
The duplex apartment at 73rd Street has four bedrooms and five full bathrooms and boasts a two-room master suite with a marble bathroom. It is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Serena Boardman, after being listed with Warburg Realty for $23.8 million in May, where the price was chopped down three times to $17.9 million, Curbed reported. It was first listed with Sotheby’s over two years ago for $18 million, but was pulled off the market just a month later, according to Curbed.
In March, a 15-room apartment at the building that was once the home of convicted white-collar fraudster Hassan Nemazee found a buyer for $17.75 million, as The Real Deal reported. [Curbed] – Hiten Samtani
