Jackson Group to top West Village sex shop site with apartments
A West Village sex shop will soon give way to a new mixed-use property crowned with 4,850 square feet of residential space.
The Jackson Group, which bought the 192 Seventh Avenue property for $4.1 million in February, will transform the spot into a three-unit project with 1,600 square feet of commercial space, two full-floor apartments and one duplex, according to a plan exam cited by BuzzBuzzHome. SRA Architecture and Engineering has been tapped to design the development.
