A mixed-use building at 25 Jay Street in Dumbo has hit the market for $34.5 million, according to a release from Manhattan-based investment sales brokerage the Highcap Group, which is marketing the property.
The five-story property on the corner of Jay and John streets has 29 apartments and five ground-floor commercial spots. Approved plans for a 15,000-square-foot rooftop addition that can accommodate an additional 15 apartments will be delivered with the building, the release said.
