Second priciest this week was a $16 million co-op at 770 Park Avenue, also on the Upper East Side. The four-bedroom duplex home, located in the Rosario Candela building, features a gallery, library, dining room, three bedrooms with ensuite baths and a two-room master suite that includes a marble bathroom. The third priciest home to premiere this week was a $15.75 million townhouse in the West Village. A formal dining room and four bedrooms with ensuite baths and a master suite with a landscaped terrace, walk-in closet and powder room are also included in the proposed design. Olga Pidgeon of Halstead Property has the cheapest listing of the week with a $175,000 one-bedroom co-op at 438 West 49th Street in Midtown West. The home, described as an investment opportunity, currently has a rent-stabilized tenant in place.
The week’s second-cheapest listing has an asking price of $235,000 and is located at 447 Fort Washington Avenue in Hudson Heights. This prewar one-bedroom co-op in the Pinehurst building boasts high ceilings and large rooms, with building amenities that include a live-in super, video intercom, gym, bike storage and a central laundry room, according to the listing. William Vilkelis of Charles Rutenberg Realty is offering the pad.
Third place on the inexpensive list this week goes to a $249,000 one-bedroom co-op at 96 Arden Street in Fort George, Upper Manhattan. The listing is scant on details about the unit, but building amenities include a live-in super, bike room, elevator and in-building laundry.
