Queens Plaza will soon have a new 14-story, 65-room hotel.
The new crash pad, to be designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio, will soon set up shop at 41-32 27th Street. The property will measure 34,272 square feet, according to Department of Buildings records cited by BuzzBuzzHome.
T hotel Property Management LLC purchased the property in October for $3.5 million.
The new hotel will join the Hotel Vetiver’s second location in the city at nearby 38-28 27th Street, for which permits were filed earlier this summer. The 12-story, 116-room project is to be designed by De Fonseca Architects. [BuzzBuzzHome] — Julie Strickland
