Business lender adds 5,000 sf at 11 Broadway

Business lender Merchant Solutions Group is doubling its office space at 11 Broadway.

The company, which set up shop on the building’s 19th floor last year, is tacking on an additional 5,510 square feet on the 20th floor, leaving Merchant with a spread that totals 11,020 square feet. Braun Management represented building owner Bowling Green Associates in the deal.
