The asking price for a sky-high unit in the Time Warner Center has changed yet again, this time dropping to $23.5 million. Still, the ask is considerably higher than the $18.5 million price tag when the pad first hit the market in April 2010.

When it didn’t move at that point, the owner relisted the apartment for $25 million. Now, the unit is back — perhaps aiming for a middle ground, Curbed reported.
