The Residence at River House, which at $130 million is New York City’s priciest home listing, has released its first renderings. The five-story, 62,000-square-foot structure located at 435 East 52nd Street perches over the East River and is currently the site of a private club belonging to the River House co-op.
Brown Harris Stevens’ superbrokers Kyle Blackmon and John Burger have the listing. The renderings, released by the brokerage and spotted by BuzzBuzzHome, feature a massive entry foyer, a master suite with river views, a screening room and an indoor pool with a generous deck. There’s even an on-site tennis court.
