German art collector Udo Brandhorst is giving up his Soho condominium at 104 Wooster Street for $5.5 million.
The 3,175-square-foot third-floor unit features high ceilings beamed with dark wood, the New York Observer reported. Sotheby’s International Realty broker Meg Siegel had the listing, with a $6.25 million asking price as of March. Makwooster LLC is listed as the buyer.
The seven-story, eight-unit property between Prince and Spring streets was built in 1900. In January, filmmaker Barry Levinson bought a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,090-square-foot condo in the building in January for $5.65 million, brokered by Jason Saft of Town Residential, as previously reported.
