Toll unveils pricing at Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pierhouse

Toll Brothers has released the pricing for Pierhouse, its 108-unit townhome-style development at Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 1. The Brooklyn Heights project will also create 1Hotel, which will have 193 rooms, as well as restaurants, a banquet hall, retail, a fitness center and a 300-car parking garage. Construction is slated to be completed in 2015.

The prices, as reported by Dumbo NYC, are as follows: One-bedroom units will be between 1,000 and 1,800 square feet and will ask between $1.5 million and $2.5 million; two-bedroom units will be between 1,700 and 3,000 square feet and will range from $2.2 million and $5 million and three-bedroom units will be between 2,000 and 4,200 square feet and will range in ask from $2.65 million and $6.5 million. Four-bedroom units will be between 2,500 and 4,300 square feet and pricing will range from $4.25 million to $7 million while five-bedroom units will be between 4,200 and 4,900 square feet and will range from $6.75 million and $11 million.
