Vickey Barron of Douglas Elliman had the priciest single-family listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with the $47.5 million Penthouse Two at Chelsea’s Walker Tower. The luxury home at 212 West 18th Street, the property’s second penthouse to hit the market, boasts 13-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows, three wood-burning fireplaces, coffered ceilings and radiant floor heating. All of the bathrooms have custom marble detailing, and building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, library lounge with a pantry and bar, a children’s playroom, bike storage, sun lawn and a covered cabana room in the observation area.

The week’s second priciest listing, a duplex full-floor penthouse condominium asking $26.5 million, is located at 22 Central Park South. Spanning 2,943 square feet, the three-bedroom pad features three landscaped terraces and a bedroom suite with a private terrace. Scott Moore and Lisa Lippman of Brown Harris Stevens have the listing.

Third on the pricey end this week is a $17 million condo at 15 Central Park West. The 2,237-square-foot, three-bedroom unit boasts the building’s third-largest terrace, a master bedroom with ensuite bath and a walk-in closet, and an adjacent second bedroom that could, according to the listing, be converted into a den. The apartment is being marketed alongside an adjacent $9 million unit – the duo, available for a total of $29 million, would give the owner an entire private floor. Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing.
