New interior renderings for Daniel Straus’ condominiums at 33 East 74th Street reveal luxe inner-workings designed by Champalimaud, which also worked on the revamp of the Drake Hotel.
The super-posh interior design employed materials such as polished Calacatta, Bardiglio marble and ziricote wood, at the former rowhouses, according to Curbed.
Straus’ affiliate company, an LLC dubbed JZS Madison, purchased the brownstones back in 2010 for $95 million from the Whitney Museum. The condos, for which sales are said to be launching soon, will reportedly start at $13 million, as The Real Deal previously reported. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
