Nearly half of the units at Elad Group’s luxury condominium 22 Central Park South are now up for grabs. Condos now available include the 2,943-square-foot duplex penthouse, which is asking $26.5 million, and two 2,021-square-foot units on the second and fifth floors.
Asking prices are $26.5 million, $6.7 million and $9.8 million, respectively, according to Curbed. The penthouse features three private outdoor terraces.
Some sales, which are being handled by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing’s Lisa Lippman, launched last month, as previously reported. The seven-unit building sits next door to The Iconic Plaza Hotel. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
