At Jared Kushner’s penthouse-only Puck Building, the first condominium unit has entered contract for its full asking price of $27.5 million.
The apartment is the second biggest in the building, located at 295 Lafayette Street. It will have three bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, terraces and nearly 6,000 square feet when it is available next year.Raphael De Niro and Dennis Mangone of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing had the listing, the Wall Street Journal reported. The buyer was not disclosed, the newspaper said.
Units range from 4,895 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet. They all feature barrel vault brick ceilings, cast-iron columns, oversized windows and open layouts, and three have deep, set-back outdoor space. [WSJ, 2nd item] — Mark Maurer
