The ex-wife of disgraced Tyco International CEO Dennis Kozlowski nabbed a penthouse at the Touraine in September for $9.77 million. Less than three months later, she’s trying to flip it for $4.5 million more.

Angeles Kozlowski, who divorced her fraudster husband in 2000, has listed the four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad for $14.25 million, according to StreetEasy. Joshua Arcus and Peggy Dahan of the Siderow Organization have the listing for the 2,832-square-foot spread. Neither Kozlowski nor her brokers were immediately reachable for comment.

The penthouse unit has a formal dining room, a living room with a wall of windows and two outdoor terraces, according to the listing, which came online yesterday. The apartment also has double crown moldings, private keyed elevator access and custom lighting throughout.

The Touraine at 132 East 65th Street, developed by national homebuilder Toll Brothers, launched sales earlier this year and has only one sponsor unit remaining, another penthouse asking $20 million, StreetEasy shows. The building has 22 units.

Meanwhile, Dennis Kozlowski and Mark Swartz, both former high-level execs at Tyco, the Swiss security systems provider, have just been released on parole from the minimum-security prison where they served eight years for a fraud scheme which saw them awarding themselves $150 million in illegal bonuses. They were also found guilty of lying about Tyco’s financials.

In their 2000 divorce, Angeles Kozlowski was reportedly awarded a $7 Million Park Avenue apartment as well as homes in New Hampshire and Connecticut.
