In its first foray into the New York City market, California-based Stanford Hotels is developing a 26-story hotel in Midtown West to be designed by prolific architect Peter Poon.
The site at 120 West 41st Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues will hold 130 rooms and rise 257 feet, according to permits recently approved by the city. It is expected to be ready by 2015.
