Midwood Investment & Management and Oestreicher Properties signed private equity real estate firm Savanna to the 12th floor of office tower 430 Park Avenue, according to a spokesperson for Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the landlords.
The firm will take 11,378 square feet in the 19-story building, located between 55th and 56th streets in Midtown. Cushman & Wakefield brokers Kevin Daly, Clark Finney and Gus Field represented the landlords, while Byrnam Wood broker Gordon Ogden represented the tenant, the statement said.
The historic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Hoffman Auto Showroom was demolished at the address earlier this year, to make way for a TD Bank branch. The anchor office tenant is Boston Consulting Group.
Savanna is selling a 50-by-137-foot parking lot on the southwest corner of Eighth Avenue and 31st Street, next to Madison Square Garden, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
