UPDATED, 2:49 p.m., Dec. 20: The Stahl Organization is now leasing at its 53-story, 378-unit condominium-and-rental tower at 388 Bridge Street, currently the tallest residential building in Brooklyn, according to the developer.
The rental component consists of 234 units, ranging from $2,540 per month for a lower-level studio to $6,290 per month for an upper-level two-bedroom. The units range from 490 square feet to 1,166 square feet. Renters will be able to move in by February. Halstead Property is handling leasing.
All rental units come with floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings and ceramic sinks, a release said.
The SLCE-designed all-glass building’s ground floor will contain 10,500 square feet of retail and a Manhattan Athletic Club open to residents and others by membership. The tower holds the record for tallest residential building in Brooklyn, at 590 feet. The 596-foot-tall Avalon Willoughby West at 88 Willoughby Street is expected to top it.
