Sir Paul McCartney is shopping for a new Manhattan home. The Beatles ace was spotted with his wife Nancy Shevell on his arm checking out a $12.9 million condominium at 1049 Fifth Avenue.
The 3,335-square-foot, 16th-floor, park-facing co-op apartment has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the New York Post reported. It features a formal dining room and a wood-paneled library. The 24-story building, formerly known as the Adams Hotel, boasts Central Park-facing views.
Douglas Elliman’s Carol Staab, who had the listing, declined to comment to the Post. [NYP, 1st item] – Hiten Samtani
