The Chetrit Group has put the first four of eight condominium units at Noho loft conversion 738 Broadway on the market.
Two two-bedroom lofts, each 2,396 square feet, are asking $6 million. One three-bedroom penthouse is listed for $7.2 million, while another two-bedroom penthouse with a rooftop terrace wants $7.5 million, according to Curbed.
Karl Fischer served as the architect of record; Andres Escobar handled interior design. Charlie Attias and Dan Benichou of the Corcoran Group are marketing the units.
