The second of three penthouse condominiums at the Sterling Mason in Tribeca has hit the market asking $23 million, a spokesperson told The Real Deal exclusively.
The 5,620-square-foot duplex at Taconic Investment Partners’ seven-story condo, at 71 Laight Street, comes with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, three “powder rooms” and one fireplace. The unit also has a private 2,625-square-foot wraparound terrace, a library and media room.
In October, the first penthouse sold for $21 million, or $4,565 per square foot. That unit’s terrace was slightly larger, at 3,500 square feet. It hit the market last July, as previously reported. The third penthouse is not yet available.
