The smallest of six penthouse condominiums at Jared Kushner’s Puck Building in Nolita has hit the market for $21 million, the first unit there to be formally listed.
The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condo was also the first to be completed, Curbed reported. It features cast-iron columns, wood-framed windows, and a fireplace in the master suite’s sitting room.
Dennis Mangone and Raphael De Niro of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
The second-largest penthouse already sold off-market last month for $27.5 million, as previously reported. The buyer had come to see the finished unit, but he wanted more space and private outdoor space so he persuaded them to sell him another one before it even hit the market, a spokesperson for the building’s developer told The Real Deal.
The units – all penthouses — range from 4,895 square feet to 7,000 square feet and are priced between $21 million and $60 million. The remaining units are to expected to hit the market over the next three months, Curbed said.
Rocker Jon Bon Jovi checked out most of the units at 295 Lafayette Street earlier this month. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
