The final block of apartments at the Karl Fischer-designed 101 Bedford development in Williamsburg are set to hit the leasing market tomorrow.
The luxury rental project developed by Halcyon Management Group will unveil its last 81 studios, one- and two-bedrooms, which range in size from 459 to 812 square feet, and cost $2,500 to $6,000 per month, according to Curbed.
The 351-apartment development began leasing in late July and buildings A and B are now 95 percent leased. Building C is 70 percent leased. [Curbed] –Christopher Cameron
