A 2,532-square-foot penthouse in the Laureate at 2150 Broadway has hit the market, but with an unusual amenity: a red-velvet room.
The penthouse 3A unit had been on the rental market asking $25,000 a month for some time, but now it has listed for $9.8 million. The is no telling what inspired the owner to make such unique design decisions, which beside the velvet room includes turquoise pleather dining chairs and carpeting that resembles a massive leafy damask, according to Curbed.
