JEMB Realty’s 75 Broad Street in the Financial District has signed pasta company De Cecco for 10 years on the fourth floor.
De Cecco USA, also referred to as Prodotti Mediterranei Inc., agreed to pay mid-$30s per square foot. The move is set to occur at the start of April, the New York Observer reported.
Cushman and Wakefield brokers Frank Cento, Carlos Suarez and Peter Cento represented JEMB Realty, while Ken Beilin of Beilin Commercial represented De Cecco.
Other tenants include websites Internap and Peer 1 Hosting, which struggled with an internet connection after Hurricane Sandy kicked several buildings offline in the Financial District, as previously reported. [NYO] — Mark Maurer
