A massive Sagaponack mansion has sold for $21 million, just under its $23 million ask.
The nine-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,400-square-foot property hit the market in April. Built by Michael Davis, the home “incorporates the latest technologies and systems but feels authentic like a 100-year old home,” according to the listing with Saunders real estate.
The home, which is located at 79 Parsonage Lane, sits on four-acres of land and features a saltwater pool, tennis court, pool house, steam room and sauna. The identity of the buyer is currently unknown. Terry Cohen and Diane Saatchi of Saunders had the listing. [Curbed] –Christopher Cameron
